To keep ur body healthy u need minimum 45 mins of cardio compulsorily......u can do the cardios alternate days try light jogging or walking...the other days....of the week to the 45 mins u can add about 20 mins -30 mins of weights....everyday.....
ur exercise should not exceed 1 and a half hour though....

I try to sleep every day 8 hours, if I sleep 7 I'll be fine but not to my fullest, if I sleep 6 I'm like a zombie, if I sleep less than 6 hours I'm a mess.
Also, I can't sleep more than 8 hours, if I do that I won't work better neither will I be productive.
I'm 37 and most of the people I know who are the same age as I do, are sleeping 4 hours daily, they're crazy!!

Sleep?
7-8 hours is good enough recommendation to sleep.
I sleep sometimes 7 depends how I'm feeling. If I feel sick I may just sleep 6 hours (if its the flu and you are feeling better after it drink gatorade or powerade to replenish the lost fluids, sugars and salt that your body is lacking)
If its a stomach ache -drink flat gingerale, sprite or 7up.

Exercise?
Would depend on your health, Your activity level,
Your BMI, Your Shape and your metabolism, and overall how well you eat. Ask your doctor or ask a fitness trainer at your local gym, they will tell you what is healthy.
**Make sure you drink between 8-10 glasses of water per day, you need to keep your body hydrated and perhaps more when you are training at the gym.

hehehe i think u mean how much sleep is required to stay healthy . many require at least 5 hours of sleep but it depends to on your work load and an individuals body .. experts say we need at least 7 .,.,
todays world it be hard to ge t this daily in our lifestyle. mj
