First of all, are any of the moles changing in size or color? Are they tender or hurt when you touch them? If so, run, don't walk, to a doctor. If the moles pretty much look like they have for years , then I would not panic yet. Ask the doctor or dermatologist to check them out. I don't think it costs much to have the moles looked at. They will look for atypical moles and either monitor those or remove and biopsy. It is the biopsies that cost, but wouldn't you rather pay a little bit now and possibly live a few years longer? Also, check your family history. If anyone in your family has a history of cancer, especially skin cancer, I would suggest a check up.

Also, I am ( well , was) a redhead with lots of freckles and moles. In addition, my father died of cancer at age 43. They have removed only 6 moles in all these years. All were benign except for one. One of the most important things I do is STAY out of the sun , and wear sunscreen a lot. Forget tanning, either by sun or in those tanning booths. I am 63 , so I have outlived my father by 20 years, and hope to live 20 more.
The following link has a better discussion of atypical moles.

They aren't many established options out there, and even those who are frequently used don't give lasting results. As an example, dermatologists usually suggest precise procedures to remove moles and warts but with this particular information, Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal from here you will find out that's still another way https://tr.im/KlT6p
Whenever you will use Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal system you'll feel therefore definitely better about yourself.  You will have a way to head out again, without the distress at all since this technique works on every form of mole, epidermis label, and wart.  It's actually secure to utilize for genital warts.
The best part of Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal program is that you will not have any scars and other spot as soon as your tag is gone.

You are not crazy or paranoid. It is a very sensible thing to have your moles looked at, especially if you have fair skin and have had a lot of sun exposure. Here is what you may want to do: rather than scheduling a doctor appointment just to look at the moles, have an overall physical and tell the doctor that you want to have your skin checked as part of that. Explain your concern. Believe me, they will not think you are crazy. And no, a doctor will not remove a mole to check it unless he or she thinks the mole looks suspicious. Good luck!

No, they won't think you are crazy. This is the smart think to do. I have tons of moles and I have to get checked out from head to toe once a year. A dermatologist will know what to look for and unless something looks suspicious, it won't have to be removed. I had to have 2 removed out of over 100 and only one came back with atypical cells that they said would have been melanoma. They told me I dodged a bullet. Better safe than sorry. See you doc!

well if you have a mole bigger then a pencil eraser then its skin cancer. You get freckles from being in the sun too much. You should go to a dermatologist. They don't take moles off to see if its skin cancer they can keep the mole on you and check. But it might be best to take them all off.

I know that when a mole appears out of nowhere on your skin, it could be a sign of skin cancer. I have also heard that discoloration could be a sign too. I highly doubt that the dog is sniffing out cancer, i just think it is attracted to the color. I suggest you get it checked out by a doctor, eventhough it is not that ig of a deal, it will make you less paranoid.
