Everyone has their own personal relationship to God and each is as unique as they are.
Draw near to God and he will draw near to you." (James 4:8)

I reckon any1 can feel his presence whether your a sinner or wtever but this verse says it all Isaiah 59:2 but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God but then it says in Luke 19:10 Jesus came To seek and to save that which was lost an Matthew 1:21 He shall save his people from there sins its all up to you in the end whether you want to be saved or be lost but you will feel his presence no matter what coz he loves you he treats everyone the same The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some count slackness, but is longtsuffering toward us,not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.2 Peter 3:9 and Psalm 145:20The lord preserveth all them that love him:but all the wicked will he destroy the ones who love him will feel his presence the wicked wont only if they repent an get rid of whats in there heart the bad . God will look into your heart an God will always be in your presence hes everywhere the life on this earth says it all. Others may think they feel it more then others but doesnt make the other person any different from them God is with everyone whether your good an bad why i say that becoz he can make a bad person turn good by putting something in there life that will change them he loves you no matter what he treats us all the same he understands when we slip an fall his presence is for everyone not for 1 certain group of people

Go to the Old Testament and read about Saul, David, Solomon...
A learning Bible would help you understand best...
Each man was chosen for a specific reason but was far from perfect...
The Prophets that accompanied the kings during that era were very close to God...
By your question, I sense that you are refering to what is written in the Old Testament...
Up until Jesus' time, Hebrew society had become complex and the Lord was using a select few to lead the populace.
Jesus came to give us the opportunity for a closer relationship with God by his death on the cross.
Anyone after the Resurrection that you perceived where 'chosen' were few (like Saul of Tarsis)... but most have strived on their own accord to be as close to the Creator as their circumstances would allow... some have better press agents than others....

"The Presence is everywhere."
Awareness in the early stages of mans life is what gives certain humans a jump start.
Associations with a few clear minded human beings also allows a person to open their heart, and it is this open heart that magnifies the entire process of personal or individual development.
"God - The Creator" favors no one!
A person must come to an understanding of the true self that abides within man.
If man makes a moral commitment to learn what "Wisdom and Truth" are, the Presence we are talking of is drawn like a magnet attracts various metals,
The process is extremely simple, yet man makes it so difficult.
Humans should really learn to keep things simple!
"Peace be with you"

God has given us all the opportunity to feel His presence in the same way. He is no respector of persons. This comes with time and opening yourself up to Him. You also can't worry about what other people think, this will hinder you from getting closer. When I am in His presences, especially during worship service, I can fall to the ground because it is so strong. This did not come overnight either. I had to learn to submit myself to him, close myself off to others and focus on Him. You will never regret giving yourself completely over to Him, even though you will be made fun of and put down. It is worth it, because His blessings are great.

The question could also be asked in reverse.
Why do certain people chose to feel God's presence and others do not?
Those of us who feel God's presence are so blessed and we know it. Praise the Lord. Thank you Jesus.

i'd properly confirm of the life of God via way I define Him. Nature (Teva) has an identical numerical fee (in Hebrew) via fact the observe God (Elokim). So this would mean that i'm waiting to call the regulations of God the commandments of nature and vice versa, for they are one and an identical and we are all ruled by way of them and we haven't any say approximately our destiny. I actually have a tough time believing that each physique would deny this, yet whilst he does he's somewhat ignorant. So an atheist would be a man or woman who's against faith, no longer God consistent with se. The observe God is a deceptive term, yet once you investigate Him as an frequently taking place regulation, then you certainly will see that we are all the two status under His relentlessness and silence and we don't could ask approximately His life or divide humanity into this and that faith, via fact we don't in trouble-free terms have faith, all of us comprehend that He exists and we are all the two area of Him, meaning areas of an interconnected organism called NATURE. So it is going without asserting that that's a waist of time to desire to Him, via fact he won't exchange for you, that's you who has to alter for Him!!!

Because some people are more delusional then others, and thus are able to feel the presence of god more then others.

If everyone had strong presence feeling in God, all would love Him like robots. What he wants is for you to love Him on your own choice. But the main reason is you don't get into it, you aren't at a very high level.

Some of us are more stubborn than others I think - I know God revealed Himself to me in a very real, very personal, very powerful, very moving, intense way that screamed "GOD"!
Now He has got my attention and I see Him everywhere, feel Him every day. But back then - well He had to SCREAM to get my attention. I was very stubborn and full of pride.
Thank God He cared enough to make the effort. Otherwise I'd be dead right now...literally.
