That's why religions are all about faith. The most significant problem with justifying a belief with faith may be the fact that there is no good reason to allow one group to use it. Religious faith is blind faith.

putting all the books together an comparing them with 1 another for me the bible is Gods word to man its not a religion its a revelation of God to man consisting of sixty six books bound together and forming 1 book. 22 of the books of the bible are mainly historical, 21 are largely books of prophecy, 21 are in the form of letters and 2 are primarily poetic. Even though written by atleast 36 different authors who were kings, farmers, lawyers, generals, fishermen, ministers, and priests, a tax collecter, a doctor, some rich an some poor, stretching over a period of 1,600 years, yet the bible is one book because God was its real author. It also depends on which one works for you John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth:thy word is truth. When 1 studies the scriptures he discovers various bible writers touch on similar subjects. This is much like a puzzle to find the bibles full teaching on a given subject 1 gathers together all the various authors have written on a given topic Isaiah 28:9,10 and 1 Corinthians 2:13,14 Remember that the evidence of truth is in the bible itself. One scripture can be the key to unlock the meaning of other scriptures id say that goes for any other book wtever works for you this book works for me only why coz this verse says it all Matthew 22:37-40

We have a bible by which we can test every religion and if it teaches anything which is against what is written in the bible it is false teachings.
Eg. Jehovah witnesses have prophesied that the end of the world will come and many other things to happen on specific years and nothing happened so we can gather that they are false prophets and false teachers. Also they say there is no hell but he bible clearly says there is a hell.
Also the Catholics say many things that go against what the bible teaches. They claim their priests are a continuation of Christ or another Christ but what does the bible say. Yet, Jesus talked about the time when "other Christs" would arise.
So with the bible we test the religions and see if they come up to be real or just a fake.

In the end, you cannot; it is all about faith. Religion fluctuates and evolves in time. Ancient civilizations had polytheistic religions with Zeus and Aries and stuff. Today, we look at that and think its silly. Who knows maybe in a 1000 years, people will look back and think Christianity was stupid. When it comes down to it, every human being should find a personal connection or relationship with their spirituality. You should look deep inside yourself and find out what religion (or lack of) is truly you. No religion is right. You just have to live life in a manner that is consistent with your fundamental values and that reflects who you are. Do not let the institution of religion define you.

You can't know a religion is true. As for knowing one is false, you can pretty much do that. Because the gods of all of them are silent. and they wouldn't be if they cared at all about us getting the right religion.

The Best preserved ancient book in the history of the World is the Bible. The Bible does not argue for a god. It presents a God as He is.

This book is the standard.

How long is a piece of string?

It's more in the realm of philosophy, so there's no scientific factual way of measuring them. It's pretty much which one takes your fancy.
