im seeing a nutritionist rite now and im expected to gain about 10 pounds a month on a VERY HIGH calorie/MODERATE fat/HIGH carb diet(also high sugar too but from mostly dried fruits and frozen yogurt)

im mad because im gaining the weight, but its all going to my belly. i look pregnant cuz its mostly my lower belly. im also not allowed to exercise AT ALL and i have to eat a large meal before going to sleep.

i wanted 2 gain weight...but now i dont cuz only my belly is getting fat and my arms and everywhere else are still the same. she sais that i have 2 deal with it cuz thats how my body is always gonna b and i cant change that BUT I REALLY WANT 2!!!

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO 2 GET THE FAT TO GO EVENLY AND STOP RETAINING AT THAT SPOT???

PLEASE GIVE ME EXERCISES AND FOODS(THAT WILL STILL HELP ME GAIN WEIGHT BUT NOT MY STOMACH)

also, can u give me good snacks low in both carbs AND fat(so no nuts or cheese)

please help me with my stomach and gaining fat!!!!!!!!!

your nutritionist is an idiot....the fact that you are gaining so much fat is a direct indicator that the calories of your new diet are way too high. a high carb diet for a non-competitive athlete is a sure fire way to substantially increase the body fat %

your genetics determines where fat is stored. weight gain always starts in the mid-section first as it effects balance and coordination the least, this is programmed in human DNA. unfortunately fat gained in the mid-section is usually last to do when on a fat reduction diet and training program.

she should have had you slowly increase your calories each week by 10% until you started to gain weight.
