it could be a low grade yeast infection, vagisil or monistat used for ten days might help. You might also find it helpful to eat yogurt if you can as it naturally replaces your normal fauna and flora and returns your system to a normal balance.

If the Dr. can't find anything, the good news is it isn't likley to be an STD. However, it could be a yeast infection, but I assume the doctor would have checked for that. Is the problem intermittent or constant? (is it every time you urinate or only occasionally? Does it itch all the time or not?) Are you a "large" lady?
It may be an allergy, try changing panties to a different fabric. Or changing from tampon to towel. Try applying Vagisil, it'll soothe any irritation. But my main advice is see the Doctor again. the dictum is "If the patient say's theres a problem, there must be. You can't feel that for them."

It could be some type of allergic reaction that is making your southern parts a little irritated. Could be the material your undies are made of. If the doctor has ruled out anything medical, then start thinking about soaps, laundry detergents, material. Try some ky jelly liquid beads to help even out the ph balance from the caffiene pills, which caffiene pills alone should not be the problem.

Caffeine pushes the fluids out of your system so your urine is very consentrated and strong. If u have to take the pills, push the fluids. And all women should freshen up at least a few times a day with antibacterial wipes. Makes u feel fresh 'n'
lovely.

The Itching could be due to a Yeast Infection or you could be allergic to the soap or detergent you use.I would suggest to stop taking the Caffine Pills though just incase and go to a Gynocologist and have them check you out down there.

This could be a sign of a localized urinary tract infection, or perhaps, a localized bladder infection.
There is some news that says that caffeine can irritate the bladder in some people, hence, your complaint may be correct.

It definitely sounds like an allergic reaction. Can be from the soap detergent you wash your cloths in. Doesn't necessarily have to be the caffeine pills.
Curious....what are caffeine pills, i never heard of them. TY

Practice personal hygiene. No offense. Wash with soap and warm water each time you urinate. Wipe from front to back. Wear loose pants, and drink more liquids.

I recommend using coconut oil "down there". It will balance the acid mantel and relieve the irritation while it neutralizes any abnormal bacterial or fungal over growth. Just a drop will do ya.
