how did you get these blisters? MRSA is going rampid right now and you should not take any chances. Keep them covered and use a antibiotic ointment on them. If they were not from using your hands in a form of manual labor, watch for others to appear. If they do, get yourself to a dr.

blisters are a protective mechanism
you damaged your hands somehow and those blisters formed to protect the damaged tissue under them. You must just leave them alone. If you break them, you leave the damaged tissue underneath open to infection. I would simply cover the blisters with bandaids and wait for them to heal on thier own. With MRSA going around in the community now, you don't want to risk infection.
