She is allergic to many things, but specifically onions and garlic. She is only two and I'd like some "mild" seasoning to spruce up her plain food. Thanks

At that age they really dont need spicing up of their food. Its not good for their digestion. If you really want to use some try things like parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, dill. Go light with the seasoning till you are sure that they will not bother her.

Sure! Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Paprika...all the usual spices that don't have like about 15 ingredients in the whold bottle! Just get something "Natural" only 1 ingredient and then you will know what it's made of.

one of my friends had same problem as her 18 month old son is allergic to many foo. just give baby food with basic ingrediants and depending on hold she is dont really start giving spices as this can give bowel problems for kids at youn age
