Do 50 crunches every morning. It will take less than 5 minutes, and if you are faithful with it you will see results. Once you see results in your tummy, let that be your motivation to take it to the next level and make time to do a brisk 30 minute walk once or twice a day. I am proof that you WILL slim down

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

drink LOTS of water, as soon as you wake up in the morning until befoe you go to bed. Try not to eat dinner after 8, since after 8 usually its the most time of the day you can gain weight. Try to add in nutritional foods with your normal foods you eat and yes, also sit ups are the best way to go, and also do some more walking then you usually do, You will be surprised how far this might take you. Good luck, :)

You should try swimming. It is a great form of exercise, I've been doing it for eight years, and it burns alot of calories. I guess you have tried the conventional sit up but you should get a gym ball (the inflatable ones that are around 75cm high) and try sit ups on there (they are not that expensive). You should also try the sit ups where you lay on your side. Crunches are good too (do them for about five minutes, you just push up to half the normal height of a sit up). Also try the sit ups where you cross your elbow to the opposite knee. Squats are also good but they burn like hell. Mix it up with push ups and planks (holding the push up position on your elbows. If you have a friend get them to do it with you and then you can pass weights (fill up a milk bottle with water =2kg weight) to each other while doing sit ups.

I have lost 40 pounds since May, and I understand your pain. The best thing honestly and I know it sucks is situps. There is a pill called Hoodia, it helped both my friend and I lose weight even when we cheated a bit on diets.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

Cardio is what you need to burn fat. Walking is the cheapest and safest from of cardio you can do. Make sure you buy a good pair of walking shoes and use these ONLY when you exercise. Good luck ans best wishes!

Until you lose weight, you will not see results in your hip and stomach area. I've lived this. The only way to improve these area is to actually LOSE WEIGHT and there is no way around it. I've found this out the hard way.
