changing digital photos.?

My computer used jpg? on my digital photos.
Is there any programs out there that will change other photo "formats?" to jpg? I have some that read "All Files" and cannot be open.

IRFANVIEW.COM is a free download and a very useful tool. It can read many, many file types. There is a listing of the types on this site.
