Can I cook salmon in a toaster oven? If so can you tell me what temp and amount of cooking time?

Yes you can.

Cook at 350 - 400 for 20 minutes to 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven. The time to cook will be on the low end for a thin filet, and for a steak 30 minutes or slightly longer.

Whatever you can cook in a regular oven you can do in a toaster over. Cook at 350 for 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness. If its flaky its done.

Yes you can

Bake in preheated 400 degree toaster oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until salmon is just cooked in center. (time based on four 6oz Salmon fillets.)

Yes, but it needs some moisture, not to dry out.
Put a little water in the shallow drip pan.
Or wrap with foil, include sliced onion & butter.
