I feel the need for god in my life. Many people have told me I need to pick the god that's right for me. I know there are a lot of religions out there and I don't know which one I want to devote myself to. Also, I want to believe in the real one, not just any god, thanks!

Personally I don't believe there is only one true god
I believe there are many gods however our society is very monotheistic oriented and people are brought up to think there is only one choice that is right. It can be hard to overcome being heavily influenced by others especially when youare told you are wrong all the time.
I would suggest do some studying of different paths and work out what makes sense to you religion & spirituality is a personal thing don't be included in something just because you fear what others tell you is wrong.

You can have a personal relationship with God without subscribing to any particular religion. That way, you know the God you relate to is your own REAL God. Do a little research on Deism - the belief in God but not in religion.

Hello Cyka, I'm really impressed with your desire to find God. I believe that everyone who seek God finds it. God communicate to us in many ways, to a priest or pastor or to the people or things around us. All that will bring you to become a better person and life come from God. God is not our emotion that we create. I suggest 1st thing you do that from where are you now, pause and say to yourself " I want to know you God." Second, read the bible or reading materials related to God, talk to a priest or pastor or any Christian groups near your place. God will not put thoughts in your mind saying this is God, because the God I know respect us. We need to know Him personally. This is our God I believed, a loving and faithful God. I am a Christian Catholic.

I wonder, are you ready for God, or the truth?
Which God is real? none and all.
Which religion is the only true one? Same as above!

There is only one God. Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad and all prophets before them worshipped the same God. He is one who created heavens and earth and all living creatures on this earth.
Jesus was not God. He was a human. God never dies. If God dies who will provide, protect and manage all the worlds He has created. Jesus also did not die. He was lifted to heaven alive and that is why He will come back to earth to live rest of his life. No any past Prophet will come back to earth except Jesus because they all already lived their lives on earth and died here. If Jesus had died on this earth, he would not have come back on earth. Every soul that God has created gets only one life and they die only once. Reincarnation is a Hindu myth. It is not fact of life. God can make as many soul as He wants to send on earth. He does not re-cycle same souls over and over.
If you want God you have no choice because there is no other God except one and only God. If you want to pick man made god there are plenty in India. None of them alive. All are made of stone carved by men as they imagine. If you want to pick one of those, then you have to go to India and may be live there or have one of those gods shipped to you by surface mail to keep him in your house. Hindus bring those gods from India to keep in their houses to worship any time they want to worship them. They also bring gods for their temples in America. None of those can help you in your life in any way you wish. If you knock them down, they can no get up by themselves. How could such gods possibly do any good for you.
