She was finished with the computer and she got on another website then she had to go home and change clothes.We missed our ride and her momma had to take us then we had to stop by the store to get some change so her momma could give her some money.Then, when we got there the game was sold out.Should I get mad at her or what?

It's ok to be annoyed but I wouldn't get mad. It's a game and they'll get more in eventually. Family is more important. Now if she does this every time you have plans, I would at least say something to let her know it's not cool with you.
