The plus has a product in it that will keep the flea eggs from hatching.

My vet told me Frontline Plus kills flea eggs and adult fleas, while Frontline only kills the already-hatched adult fleas. Spend the extra few bucks for Frontline Plus.

One is + . I think one is more effective than the other.
