One stamp is enough, but you must pay the appropriate postage rate, i.e. 69 cents for an first-class mail letter.

it depends how heavy the letter is. if its thick and has a lot of paper in it then it would probably cost a little more so more stamps would be needed. if its just an average run of the mill letter with one or two sheets of paper in it, it should only need one

Should be the same as to the States. Just one. BUT go to
www.usps.com and they should have a postage finder on their site.
