Is your conscience troubling you? If it is, then it is God's "still small voice "speaking to you.
Pray and seek Him for direction. I'm sure when God closes one door (Casino door?), He will open another one for you. He is a good God, and He will bless you with a good job that doesn't trouble your conscience.
One thing about this type of job is, you are not able to 'let your little light shine for Jesus.' It is not a good testimony - Christians should try to practise what we preach. E.g. if we preach against gambling, then why are we serving it?

I think that Jesus is more concerned with the inner thoughts than the appearance.
So, as a Christian who works two jobs and usually works Sunday mornings, I understand what you are going through.
Make sure that you find time to spend with praying, reading your bible, and continuing your relationship with the Lord.
If what you are doing is ethical and moral, then hold your head up high. If what you are doing is not ethical or immoral, then you realize it is not the right job for you.
Remember that God will not allow you to do anything without allowing a way of escaping. If you feel it is the wrong job for you. Then pray that God will provide a better job for you. Ultimately if this is not God's will for your life, he will show you a different path. Just be open, especially if it doesn't make sense. I've found often that what God wants me to do doesn't make sense to others, but in the long run, it's always the right thing to do because he knows the future.
So, pray and seek God's wisdom. If it's not the right job for you, then ask God to provide wisdom and direction for you and be open to alternatives. You never know. Sometimes what you go through is for a reason and in doing this, you will be led to go to another path (perhaps you will meet someone there who can connect you with a better job).

I'm not Christian, but...
From what I understand of the faith, Jesus was friends with the sinners. Yes, prophets after and before Jesus said to avoid sinners, but methinks what Jesus said and did was more important.
You could take this as an opportunity. Please, for my sake, don't preach to them... but... be a Good Christian. You know, the "They will know we are Christians by our love" passage. I LOVE that passage and wish more Christians paid attention to it.
Be a good person, a shining example to your colleages, and rather than giving up the casino people as lost forever, give them a touch of warmth and love. It's been shown that a smile from a complete stranger can liven up someone's day: rather than questioning the morality of being in a place, instead hold the attitude of whatever place you will be, be moral there.
That's my 2 cents on the matter.

I know where you are coming from, when I got saved, I was working at a casino as a security guard, listen to me for a minute please, the Holy Spirit is the one that is convicting you, why? gambling is a stronghold for many, and what is the most convicting for you,is that you feel that you are "contributing" to their sins, I felt that way too and so did my wife, so we asked the LORD to put us where He wanted us, and so we were uprooted sort of speak, and we don't regret a thing, I know that your main concern being a sole supporter of your family is, how am I going to provide, specially since you have grown accustomed to a certain lifestyle, but you must TRUST, Him, He is your provider, not the casino. Best to you and your family, and GOD BLESS.

What would Jesus think? I would imagine he would be happy that you are taking care of your family, doing what it takes to support them. I hear that this is a moral issue for you, yet I am unclear as to why this is the case. I think God works in mysterious ways and you never know who you might impact if you were to work in the casino. "Not making a positive contribution to society...." well, ya never know. You never know who might be touched by something you did or said....or that you took the time to say hello when everyone else walked by them. That, my friend, is a contribution in more ways than you know.

Jesus doesn't hold that kind of a job against us as long as our heart is in the right place as a human being.. Now if you were a murderer, liar and a thief working at a casino you might be in trouble.

We spend way too much of our waking hours at work for us not to enjoy what we are doing.
As a Christian, I see no problem with working at a casino - but you apparently do so I say start looking for another job!
Life is way too short!

I'm not a religious man, but Jesus surrounded himself with thieves, beggars, and prostitutes and found the good in all of them. Something his so-called 'followers' have a hard time doing.
I think he'd be just fine with you.

Jesus is incapable of thinking, cause the OT says the dead have no thoughts.
And Todd forgives you, a job is a job,
see My bogs via 360 profile to see who TODD is.
so feed your family the I AM will forgive you.
