I've been lucky in that in my job I've been invited to visit the above three countries.... The drawback is, that despite the connections, my job doesn't pay that much money!!
So, from the above countries, which would you recommend I visit? I can only really choose one in the near future.

Yes, come to the Philippines and I'll be glad to show you around. Seriously, Philippines is a beautiful country and people here are very hospitable and friendly. And yes, most everyone speaks English.

Taiwan of course! There's lots of rich asian(chinese) culture there. The people are pretty friendly, great food too. It's more fun to visit a country where you don't speak the language, it's more "exotic" and plus they have the Taipei 101, the tallest building in the world! They also have lots of great natural scenery...alll those majestic mountains and beautiful sea shore. Taiwan is a geat place ! If you go to the right places, it will leave you a memory of a life time. Taiwan is NOT dirty and expensive, there are dirty places in every single country(like New York city is dirty,but just parts of it,it's still a great place), it just depends on where you go.

This is a biased answer but the Philippines is a good destination. :)
Whatever you're into, you can find in the Philippines. Beaches, parties, food, shopping, museums, historical places - the Philippines has it. Also, Filipinos are very hospitable. To top that, most of the Filipino population understand English and just about probably everyone you'll meet will be able to converse with you in English. :)

Thailand. The only reason why you will get so many answers for philippines is because this is an american based website, and there is alot of history between philippines and usa and much more filipinos know english over thai. Trust me, Thailand is 100X better and anybody who says philippines, hasnt been to both.

Philippines.. everyone can speak english there. you will not feel like a stranger to a land because you can communicate with them. good luck!

Thailand, then PI then Taiwan
Thailand is much safer and cleaner than the PI
Taiwan is expensive and dirty.
