Song Name: Dying To Reach You

Words and Music by Geoff Thurman & Michael Puryear

He looked through temples of time
To see you right where you stand
He emptied all of Himself
So He could reach out His hand
To give hope and meaning
To the wasted away
And you are one of the ones
That He was dying to save

(Chorus)

He was dying to reach you
Trying to meet you
Where you need Him most
You've been living in search of
The whole truth and real love
Your whole life through
You can open your heart
'Cause He's dying to reach you

He's standing there at the door
You can hear Him call you by name
He simply waits to forgive
All of the guilt and the shame
He gave up His own life
And He still bears the scars
He only wants to receive you
So come as you are

(Chorus)

Oh, He has waited time and time before
You must be still and know that He is Lord

Eternal God cannot lie nor die.
Allegory: Pure Grace isn't law law.
Allegory: Perfect Love don't sacrifice.
His Grace neither tempts nor can be tempted.

The lying and dying God you'd propose, Law, said:
I will forget you and I will forsake you: Jeremiah 23:39

The Holy Ghost you say Jesus is Lord by,
both tempted people & also got tempted.
Easily provoked = Anger mgt problems.

Perfect love hath no fear (hath torment) nor sorrows.
The Jesus you propose cried & feared: Hebrews 5: 7
Not much different than Moses feared: Hebrews 12:21

Can we move on, to the God of all grace (no law at all)?

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Yes, when I look at my life before I met Jesus , it was a mess,a disaster waiting to happen. I don't deserve anything He has given me and yet He loves me to provide for me day after day. And even though I go through alot of trials and tests, while I am going through, God shows favor to my children in every way, even the ones who aren't saved yet and truly don't deserve it.

His love Is more than we can humanly fathom.
I don't think our human bodies could withstand feeling just half of how much God loves us. It would be too overwhelming.

While I read that, I farted and my hemorrhoids stung.
Had a flare-up for about 3 days now. Lotsa fun!
(Just a little reminder of how much the Big Guy loves
me, eh?)

I have been through so much, I know how much he loves all of us, even non believers.

I don't think our minds can really comprehend how much he really does love us. I know he loved me so much that he created me and blessed me with everything that I have.

Sometimes when we experience hard times, we do forget that we are always on His mind.
