i woke up at 12:30 and ate about 2 bowls of special k with skim milk and 2 bananas (small)

that kept me full until around now when i had stir fry- chicken breast with asian stirfry (70 cals)
half and apple and carrots/broccoli as a dessert (my mom mad cookies for the little ones but i am trying to loose weight so i had veggies instead)

is this good? too much? let me know.

not bad...way to many carbohydrates in breakfast with not enough protein. I would add 3-4 cooked egg whites and only have 1 bowl of special k and 1 banana

Sounds good to me. You didn't mention what you had to drink. I hope it was mainly water. Keep it up.

its too little- you probably only had about 400 calories- a healthy amount would be 1200 calories.

u did horrible i eat 5 pounds of eagles burger deli every morning for breakfast and break out the donuts
