You can go into your address book and add your email, then when the screen that wants you to find the persons number you are wanting to send it to comes up, just go down to your Email.

Go online to read the manual to your phone and find out there, if you dont have the manual to your phone. Maybe you have an option button in the screen where you try to type in the email and you can only type in the #... press menu and maybe it will let you change it to email style.

change the numbers ( where it says 123 ) to letters ( where it says abc )
it should be toggled with your star key. then type in your email address. you will have to use the symbols option to put the @ in it.
or, send a email from your pc to your phone, and save the address in your contacts
your phones email should be something like this.
1234567895@vtext.com
or
1234567894@vzwpics.com

On your phone it should have a section where it says send to number or send to email, if it doesn't your phone is incapable of sending it to an email, if it is I recommend sending it to a friends phone which is capable, hope I helped!

Usually it will say options in the corner where you can send an email adress.
Or you can put your email adress in the number spot.
I think that will work.

add in your email adress and then sesnd it to it
you can add ur email in the contacts list so instead of putin a # u go down and put in ur email adress
