Guys, you didn't understand the question.
I meant like people who already know that you love them and have sometimes told them that you love them, but then after some time you just can't tell them I love you anymore....

Shinigam... it's not about right time or place, it's not about actions. Its the feeling inside that these words won't come outside of you anymore.....you just don't feel like saying it!
Somebody please understand me!

I try to make it point to tell everyone I know that I love them, every time I see them.
I decided to do this for a couple of reasons. First, my brother died suddenly when I was young, and then a few years ago my father died suddenly. Fortunately, I had just told him the day before that I loved him, so I didn't feel regret.
But I decided that because life is uncertain and sometimes very short, I needed to tell people they were loved.

properly while my mom lost her dad, (my Grandad), she stated that she have been given a demonstration from him letting her understand that he replaced into ok. i'm no longer likely to circulate into info, yet thats precisely what she prayed for, replaced into something to easily enable her understand that he replaced into ok and secure. That replaced into suitable around the time the place I grew to become my own life around... a number of those later solutions are asserting that that's impossible for a demonstration to be sent, yet i do no longer think of it is so. perhaps the sign did no longer come from the deceased buddy or relative, even with the undeniable fact that it got here from someplace else on the subject of the deceased. You in no way understand.

Yes, I don't say it often, but I mean it when I say it. I am an introvert, we're not real vocal about such matters. And once I say it, I figure that should hold 'ya, I'll let you know if anything changes. That doesn't work for everybody though. Some people need to hear it often.
Peace.

I went through that stage when I was about your age, it wasn't about not loving them, it just felt weird saying it, maybe it made me feel less macho.
I can't really explain it. and I can see that you are having trouble putting it into words.
the change came to me when, My 21 year old daughter was killed in a car wreak, and I realized that I would never be able to say it to her again.
of course she knew that I loved her, but I would have felt a lot better if I had said it to her that morning when she left for work, and never came back.
since then I have made it a point to never say goodbye, without saying I love you, and the more I say it the easier it becomes.

Not really, but why is this in R&S?
Edit: oops, i read it the wrong way. But please be nice :(
The times when I have trouble saying "I love you' to people I care about is when I know that I've hurt them in some way. Thats when i want to say it the most, but feel the worst doing so. It feels so hypocritical to tell then that if you have just caused them pain. The words just won't come out. Then I feel horrible because I think I've hurt them worse by not saying it.
The other time is when I simply dont love a person (romantically) anymore. I dont feel like saying it then because I dont feel it. It feels sickening to say it, like a lie almost. I still might love him as a friend, but i cant say it because it holds a different meaning for him.

Because words are empty, unless they are said at the right time, in the right place and with the correct amount of meaning.
Actions speak louder than words.

I have no trouble saying I love you. I get intimidated by people who can't though they make me feel like I"m being silly or too emotional. Then I sometimes shrink back. I would say people have trouble saying it because they fear rejection.......maybe something happened in their childhood. Ask Jesus to heal you.

Well, a lot of times I feel I can't, because I'm never sure that I do.
I want to make absolutely sure I'm being real when I say, "I love you."

I used to feel that way but I learned the hard way that you never know when you will lose someone you love. You need to tell people while you still can.
