No. I dont believe you would be able to find a vet who would be willing to put a dog through surgery just for a cosmetic reason.

I would assume it is the same surgery used to crop a dogs ears in cropped breeds. So technically yes you could if you could find a vet willing to do it. However why would you want to? The surgery, like any, would result in pain for your dog and the risk involved with anesthesia. Unless his ear size is causing some type of problem for the dog (ie his ears are so large he is constantly injuring them) I wouldn't recommend doing it.

no you cannot.

But if on the off chance you find someone willing to do it than I suggest you have something of yours reduced as well.......can't be your brain as you barely have one to begin with.......pick something. Then have that hacked off. And then see if you want your dog to go through that. And if after all that your answer is yes, give your dog to a chihuahua rescue because they deserve to be around better people than you.

that woud be harming an animal i no there have been discussions on ear cropping but that in no way means reducing the size of the ear .

There are cosmetic surgeons who do this kind of thing for animals.
But whats in it for you?
I know whats in it for him.. unneccessary pain and stress!
You should be happy with how your dog looks in the first place, and have enough respect not to change the way he looks.

Ha! It's kinda like a ear reduction instead of a breast one! Cool! Maybe you should ask him how he feels about this, maybe he would like em larger? Wait why the heck am I saying HE? Is your dog gay? Ok this is really starting to weird me out! BYE!
