..well it has low milage for the year, but THEY ARE THE MOST UNSAFE CARS on the road, failed all safety test.
...i wouldnt waste the money on it, .....
I have an 04 ,..neon, highest end model...and i'm selling it.
....they end up with a lot of problems, ...
for 3000...you are better off looking for an older model, toyota camery.....or corrolla,.even with the higher milage, ..the car will last you longer in the end!

Thats a great deal. Neons are very fuel efficient, reliable vehicles. I'd just ask them about the car and make sure nothings wrong with it first cause 3000 is a really good deal.

neon is a piece of ****. dodge's transmissions go out on the car all the time. you're better off just getting a honda civic. better gas milage, and safer. my cousin has a neon and the suspension is rock hard. the back seats suck, most uncomfortable car i've ever ridden in.

plus if you get in an accident, you gonna get messed up.

I had a friend who had one, He loved the gas mileage, and never had any real problems with it other than regular maintenance, oil changes and such.

He traded it in at over 120,000 miles and it was still running good.

neon's are really good little cars, and that one sounds like it is in real good shape,if you get it have it checked real good but it should be ok,that car should last you a real long time, that's top dollar for it but it may be worth it,good luck on it.

Neons aren't horrible cars, as far as American compact cars go. My roommate had one, and he loved it. $3000 sounds fair in that condition.

Service history (prior to being laid up) and the bills would be useful.
