ALBUQUERQUE - If you live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, then this is your chance to help some of your favorite animals. At the New Mexico Doggie Dash and Dawddle, there will be a booth asking for dog supplies like leashes, collars, water bowls, brushes, etc. just ask an employee where to find the booth and you can either donate the supplies, or any extra money you have to offer. The dogs at the shelter need your help. Thanks.

I would also like to add that this effort is exceptionally worth it. New Mexico is the top animal abuse state in this country with the least amount of shelters.

I would love to help the animal shelter i think it is so wrong for people to treat animals cruel. If you think about it animals are like people to just with more legs in some cases. They need to be feed, need to stay hydrated, and they need love and care to. Sometimes I want to cry when I think about animal cruelty. I think that every single person causing animal cruelty should be arrested. How would they feel if they were treated that way. I love animals except snakes and rats one day I will volunteer at a shelter.
