Go see your doctor as soon as possible. Or go to the emergency room. You could be having a heart attack. You probably aren't, but don't you want to know for sure? You need an EKG.

The short answer is yes. If you have been having it for a while it may verywell be stress. Stress by itself can take you life. How old do you want to be when you die??????????
The only way you are going to know for sure and the only way that you will get relief is with a visit to a doctor. No matter what it is, it is better to know and control than to worry and die.pp

Your safest advice is to go have it checked out before it turns into something worse. Could be anything from indigestion to heart problems. You didn't mention your age or any other medical background other than the stress. Not to scare you or anything, but my 37 year old boss passed away suddenly last year of a massive heart attack. Go have yourself checked out ASAP!

stress would't cause you to get weak you could have a blocked valve. You really need to see a doctor ASAP!!!! Anytime you have chest pains you should get checked out. If nothing else to ease your tension over worrying what it may be.

Chest pain, pressure, or tightness that worsens with exertion can be symptomatic of angina, coronary artery disease, or an actual heart attack. You need to be evaluated by a physician.
