depends on what you are looking for, but I do recd a lot of calls from huge employers that saw my application on monster. Try to update it often it'll increase your chance.

Yes, it does really work. The problem is you post your resume and employers are also looking at what you posted, including companies overseas and people swearing you'll make $100,000 a year (selling life insurance - ha ha) -- I just spam the so they don't come back over and over again. I went on two interviews after posting my resume and applying on-line on Monster with decent companies.

I keep getting notices to post if you found a job through them, but I never see one.
