I first notice that the picture has a fair bit of red eye, which should really be fixed.
Apart from that, if the subheading hadn't said "anorexic, skinnyish" I wouldn't have noticed that the subject is abnormally skinny (especially in the arm area).

Something has been done to it. It doesn't seem right. There has been editing done of some kind. Has the picture been twisted? Some odd effects on the background going on.
Shame about the 'horizon' too. Crooked backgound.

Besides scary amounts of cheek blusher and red-eye, her right cheek seems to be swollen. I'm a dentist and I can't help myself sometimes. It looks like an abscess or like she had a wisdom tooth taken out last week.

It was modified, it's not the original. Look at the lines between girl's legs and you'll notice.

there's not a lot of "contrast," in the photo everything is at the same value
