"I Cain't Say No" from the musical "Oklahoma!" ? I don't know if the voices are right, but I recall it was quite funny

I also love that duet from "White Christmas".

Otherwise I'm drawing a blank.

This is a classical composition, but the public likes it because it's funny:

The Cat Duet by Rossini

It's written for two sopranos, but you might be able to transpose it.

This is an oldie from the Irving Berlin movie, "White Christmas". In the movie the two sisters sing a duet about ...sisters. It is famous for the ending,..."Lord, help the sister who comes between me and my mister, and Lord, help the sister who comes between me and my man."

"What is this Feeling?" from Wicked can be funny, depending on how you stage it. Also, perhaps "What You Don't Know About Women" from City of Angels is good.
