"well, these two teenagers were driving in their BMW X5 (white) and they were drinking too much. so they drifted into the other lane going the opposite direction. as they were going the wrong way, a semi hit them. luckily they were in an suv so they just flew through the windshield and over the semi. one landed on the side of the road while th other landed on a pole( if you know what i mean) and los her virginity to an inanimate object. Then, Manbearpig showed up and tried to take the other girl away. She resisted so manbear pig gave up. He hired a snake to come along, and, well, you can guess what happened next. She lost her virginity to a long, hard, writhing East South American Anaconda. The anaconda died of herpes. Dont ask me. and the girl went on to be hillary clinton. the other girl was stuck to a poel for the rest of her life. that is how pole dancing was invented.

HAHA. He would have to get a good lawyer to make that argument fly. Though, he was drunk and his daughters did plan to inebriate him so they could sleep him. Therefore, he didn't initiate it and never raped them. Depending on New York's laws on incest, Lot could get off easily if they have no ban on incest. However, the daughters were underage so he would have to serve some jail time but don't expect that much.

Lot would find himself downtown in a large holding cell wondering if it was worth it when the rest of the guys behind bars gang up on him.

LOL...
Great question!!
Of course, if there were a big city like New York close by, Lot's daughters wouldn't have been desperate enough to get their father drunk and have sex with him, would they?
(Remember, in that day, a woman with no son to care for her in her old age was...erm...is there a lady-like way to say "screwed"?)
So, I think your question would be moot...
