I am a 5'7 male and weigh 190 pounds. I have some muscle on me but I also and kind of chubby. Like when I'm fully clothed people think i'm pretty muscular but when my shirts off they know i'm chubby. My question is if i lose 20 - 25 pounds will it make that much difference in my apperance ? Will I look that much different and is 25 pounds considered a pretty big weight loss ?

25 lbs is a significant amount of weight. i don't necessarily subscribe to BMI as a measurement of how healthy you are, but according to it you could actually set a more lofty goal if you wanted to... but anyways, the original question: if you work out, take off that weight and tone up you will look (and feel) like a different person. it's hard (i've lost 20 myself) but you can do it!!!

25 lbs would be considered big weight loss. You should definitely be able to tell the difference. But what others think of you is not what matters.....it's what YOU think of yourself.

well it matters how u lose it.....go to the gym and do 40 sit-ups a day and by the time summer comes the results will show......but remember u cant just lose weight u must have a healthy diet too with it......no more fast food and no more chips. for a snack try an apple instead.... by the way run a mile a day too........if u think u cant just try and dont give up
