The proper transliteration would be:
"Starij Major"

Cyrillics is easy enough to learn that you shouldn't need to write it in the Latin alphabet...

I would transliterate it as "STAriy mayOR" (I wouldn't really write it in caps - that's just to let you know the stress on the syllables for pronunciation)
