EMPLOYERS : What was the best answer you got during . . .?

What was the best answer you got during an interview when you asked what their strengths and weaknesses were? I am interviewing people on monday and want to know what i should look for.

As an employer I usually find most people fall at this type of question.

They sometimes become too honest, thinking I will admire their honesty like ...'find getting up in a morning difficult is my weakness...'.

Just look for someone who's weakness could actually be of benefit to your operation. ...'I am a perfectionist...', '...wanting to become involved in too many projects...'
