u havn't mention ur age, how long u two have been with?
By above lines it seems at present u r not comfortable to have sex n yaa it is completely OK because sex is a thing that shud be done with the comfortability of both the partners.And both of them must understand this.
ur lines also tells me that this guy don't love u because in love ya sex has a value but it is the all, the things that values is how much time u spent with, how much u share each others feelings, how much u respect each other's views.
Not always kissing,hugging n demanding for sex whether ur partner is comfortable with!! AND believe me no lover does this kind of things..
these actions r sign of a guy who wants woman as a body(to play with) and if he knows that a gal loves him very much(as u do) then he will try to impose his sexual desire on the gal!!!
So, my opinion is a "NO, u shud not say yes".also if u r not comfortable of kissing, licking u all the time u met, then say him that 'u r not comfortable with these things now' or 'not this much.'
BUT if u have the same sexual feeling as he does then their is no harm in saying 'yes'.
