How much would it cost for my fiance and I to get married at justice of the peace in like 5 mins? we live in league city texas. Also include the marriage license. THANKS It will just be me him and the kids. we will have a big old wedding later on.

I live in Dickinson and I think it costs 60.00. If you take a class on marriage its only 30 or 35. I'm not sure what the marriage license costs but you can find it by googling the city of League City and go to their official website for the answer.

I got married 6 years ago at a justice of the peace with four witnesses there---our brothers and their wives. Then we took them out for dinner. The wedding cost us $500 including our wedding bands, clothes, the license and the restaurant bill. Just call city hall or courthouse, they will be able to tell you how much the license costs in your town.

Call your courthouse. You can find the phone number by doing a google search for it in your county. Most courthouse weddings take about 20 minutes and for my fiance and I it's $75 for the marriage license and $25 for the actual ceremony to make it official. They don't let you make an appointment here but check when you call. Some counties allow you to make an appointment in advance. Also see if they have a limit as to the number of people who can come with you.

Well, if you can, start saving for her wedding now. Putting a little away at a time shouldn't hurt too much. You don't want to jeopardize your relationship with your husband over this, but use this time to come to an agreement you can both live with. Your daughter can also help to pay for her own wedding hopefully too. You can have a very nice wedding without having to spend an extravagant amount of money. Good luck. I hope your daughter has a beautiful wedding, like every woman should have!

check the superior court for your county website. It's usually the license fee and then a justice of the peace fee for anywhere from around $50-150.

You have to wait at least 3 days after you've applied for a license. Then I think it's $90

Hmm you might want to call the courthouse.That might be your cheapest way to go. Not sure how much a JOP costs.
