It is utterly meaningless to talk about victory or defeat, between a protagonist and antagonist, when both are in all probability nonexistent. Let us suppose, for hypothetical purposes, that both God and Satan are a reality. Let us further suppose that both exist with all the attributes that are ascribed to them by Judeo-Christian theology.
Well, if this is the case then there is no clear underdog. An underdog, at least from my understanding, is one who has a disadvantage that makes his victory INPROBABLE, not IMPOSSIBLE. When Rocky went against Apollo Creed in the first two Rocky films he was an underdog, but his potential to be the victor was not entirely out of the question. That is what made him such an iconic underdog. When the United States went up against Great Britain, in our pursuit for independence, the likelihood that we would be victorious was not that high, but it certainly wasn’t impossible.
Yet when you pit a limited creature like Satan, regardless of how insidious he might be, against an infinite and omnipotent creature such as God, then to call Satan an underdog is a misnomer. He isn’t even a competitor. It is not IMPROBABLE that Satan could defeat God; it is utterly IMPOSSIBLE.
Given how impotent Satan really is, it is quite odd how preoccupied with Satan, Christians really are. Since God’s victory over Satan is all but inevitable, given their inherit strengths, or lack there of in Satan’s case, why is Satan even worth mentioning? Furthermore, why, if God has such an exceedingly superb intellect, is his most loved creation (i.e. humanity), so susceptible to the temptations of Lucifer and his minions? Is that really intelligent design? I will tell you what isn’t intelligent – the entire notion that the world is being fought over by two magical beings.

According to Christian requirements to get into heaven, I would say Satan. There are billions of heathens in China and India that don't know Jesus and even more from the past - even more in other countries. I would even say there are "Christians" that don't know Jesus. Gotta take into account the Muslims and all the atheists. Even amongst the different denominations some feel their denomination is the only way. What about the Mormons? Heaven is going to be a lonely place. If it's a battle for Earth, Satan wins. He's to inherit the Earth while we go to heaven right? If it's a battle for souls, Satan wins again.
It's all a hard argument against hell if you ask me.

Funny you should ask. It really depends on how you define your question.
Does it appear one is winning over the other? Yes, Satan or evil almost always appears to be winning. The Bible even says that in the very last conflict Satan will rise up out of a well and gather his forces one last time and appear to be on the verge of winning and God will use that as the last winnowing before heaven.
But, if you are following Satan you will never win. Neither will he reign in hell. He is merely the first occupant.

Ha.
Well, I always hear people say that if you don't accept Christ, Satan has won... and that "other religions are false ones created by Satan"... so, since there are 2 billion Christians and 4.5 billion non-Christians in the world, I guess Satan is winning at the moment, in terms of overall numbers.
But let me add that that's the logic that they use, not the logic I use.

I'll get lots of thumbs downs but here's my opinion
I think that Satan appears to be winning since more and more people are turning away from religion/God BUT I think that God wins in the end because He has the authority to grant us Grace for our stupidity

God.
92% of people in the US believe in God.
Did you know Satan use to be an angel?
BUT..he tried to be better than God and there for God had to create a hell in which lucifer would live in.
Satan just wasn't powerful enough..so I'd say God!

God always wins. Satan himself has admitted this. Read the book of Job.
