Its not so much that I have a problem with having flat feet, its just that it hurts the sole of my feet sometimes when I walk. Also when I wear heels it hurts even worse because my feet dont curve. What can I do to curve them? Are there any exercises?

There is nothing you can do short of a serious invasive surgery. There are orthopaedic devices that help a lot though. You especially will want to support your arches.

See your doctor or a podiatrist and your feet will be sooooo much happier.

see a podiatrist you'll be properly diagnosed as flat footed & you'll prpbably have to get orthotics. Sometimes covered by insurance sometimes not. But they are so worth it. Flatfooted-ness can lead to knee problems & then back problems.

good luck--nothing is worse than hurtin' feet!
