Why do I keep burping?

I have been burping loud for like 3 months now like 10 times a day. I never burped like this. What could be going on with me? Isnt that a heart thing>

Normally, burping is pretty normal, I'm including a website for you to check out and if it doesn't work I reccomend going to the doctor, something might be more wrong than normal...
