Okay so I was really drunk and this guy starts making out with me and keeps telling me to do stuff like take my clothes off, give him a bj, or handjob, etc... so i kept constantly saying no over and over and i can't really do anything physically to stop what was going on, i could only say no. but then he kept like pushing my head down to his c0ck. thankfully i was sober enough to not let him do anything, however, even though nothing sexual happened, is this still sexual assault? or what?

well, sort of. but you made it kind of easy for him by being drunk. making out with him in the first place might have been leading him on a bit. but it's good that you didn't actually do anything.

Yes, it could be considered sexual assault because you specifically told him you did NOT want to engage in that activity. He should have backed off and never asked you to in the first place. This guy is a total jerk because he was blatantly taking advantage of you.

If you kept saying no, and he did it anyway, then yes it is sexual assault.

It would be assault if you chose to press charges. Got any proof? Witness? If not it's your word against his and if it got to court it would be thrown out.
