how many should some one take a day to lose 10 pounds in about 3 weeks?

I don't think that laxatives are a great way to go. They can be really dangerous if you take them the wrong way. I would try eating and excersize first.

DON"T DO IT!!! I am speaking from experience here - I spent 12 weeks in a hospital for an eating disorder, and one of the things I did was take large quantities of laxatives. I thought they would help me lose weight, but they don't! They do NOT keep the body from absorbing fat. I also ended up blowing a hole in my intestine! I had to have emergency surgery and I almost died. So please, do not use laxatives to lose weight!! You can lose 10 pounds in a month if you'll eat right and exercise 30 minutes a day.

thats not healthy att all you could start going anorexic if you do that just eat and exercise its the best way just eat like 800 to 1000 calories a day and exercise for an hour or 2 and youll start losing weight soon if you do the laxatives first all of your muscle tissue will dissapera then after the 2 weeks your fat will go away but thats bad for your heart and it has lifetime side effects that are very bad SO DONT DO IT!!

OK This is bogus. We are not speaking if you get stupid on me. These medications can mess up your potassium and that dear can get dangerous. Simply start jogging, or doing situps and jumping jacks to music. Don't eat after supper, no desserts, pop, reduce portion size. And with 1hour excerise you should lose some wt. NOW THIS BUSINESS OF PERFECTION IS FOR THE BIRDS, learn to like you and learn its not about whos hot hot hot. Your cool enough and the guys are just dummies at your stage of life anyway. Enjoy yourself, your the most important one to be impressed not them. Personally, if your not having fun who gives a dang?
