i just got off of probation the 30th of october and i was wondering if i got caught for assault what would happen to me? oh yeah i was on probation for running away illuding police and unruly child

I will guess you are still a juvi. I was once charged with being incorrigible, and looking back, I was. Anyway, if you are thinking of assaulting someone, don't. Not worth it. If you did it, then you might get probation or a short stint in Juvi hall or even a group home. Time to clean up your act.

Stop getting yourself into trouble. If you got caught again for a different charge what's going to happen depends on the district attorney and the judge. They may or may not consider your probation history.

If you get caught and charged so soon after your probation you may run the risk of having all of your charges put back on your record and paying the full penalty for each crime.

Honestly, i say yes you could face some serious consequences and yes maybe even jail time. I know because my sister was on probabtion and she didnt't finish her community svc. by jus a few hours and now she is in prison and has been there for almost 1 1/2 years. So please learn from what I say and stay out of trouble. it's not worth it in the long run

you would be charged with assault! and when you go to court they will take into consideration your previous criminal history, which will count against you, they will try to say you are a habitual troublemaker, this will make the judge harder on you, seing how they already gave you a break the first time! some states, have a law that after 3 times in trouble, its automatic JAIL
