Almost everyone astral projects in their sleep at times, they just don't recognize what they are doing, because it conflicts with their beliefs, The spirit can readily leave the body in it sleep, and enter the spiritual realm, and relate to the spirits there, some of the living some of the dead. This is very natural. As to what you see. If you are told that you are suppose to see something, there is a good chance you will. The spiritual realm is a very fluid, and is easily affected by what people believe. Spiritual structures can be created, if enough people believe in them. The spirit does not ussually find the need to look at the body, it knows where it is by instinct. But, if you want your spirit to do this you will have to program the suggestion into it.

I astro project frequenly in my sleep, but have only looked back on my body once that I can remember. And that was when I was re-entering my body.

Chakras are associated with color, although the Christ light (perfect light) is white/golden. Our spiritual bodies act as a prisim to scatter the light rays, so that the Chakra at the base of the spine is red, and they go up in frequency as they go up the body.

Each chakra is associated with a glandular system (reproductive, digestive, etc). The glands are the 'glue' that tend to hold the soul to the body. That is why Yoga is so spiritual, because it works with and activates the body's glandular centers, which in turn, stimulate the chakras.

This really is a fascinating subject. Lots more could be said about it.

I've astral projected a few times but the process seems to happen very fast. I've never focused on the chakras much but I don't fit the discription of a normal astral subject. I never had a cord attached to my body I was free, and I probably haven't been able to astral again because I probably wouldn't come back. It's so much nicer in the universe as a free spirit instead of being trapped in this biological time machine.

I'd liken the light to an early morning spring sun. I see purple spots of light no matter what I am doing. Purple is the psychic color.

I was standing just a foot off the floor, looking at myself in a hospital bed.

I only saw the trees and people outside the building I was in ... and the blue sky and sidewalks ... pretty much exactly like "I was there"
