Honestly now, people book so far in advance it isn't funny, so if I where you I would do it now. I booked our facility 16 months in advance. Most place ask for a small deposit, but it is worth it to secure your date.

Call right away. Many banquet facilities book up to a year in advance. We started planning our wedding 13 months before the date, and our first-choice venue was booked up 15 months ahead.

No....It's NOT too soon! Call on Monday! The earlier the better. And is the date you wanted a Saturday??? Yikes!! You may be out of luck due to weddings. So again...call right away on Monday.
And, yes, this was a good section to put this question in as all of us are used to planning and organizing!! :)
Have fun! And I hope you get the date AND room you want!

If you know when you want it, you should do it at least a year in advance in order to get the room you want.
Make sure the hotel knows you're hosting it for conference attendees - they may give you a reduced rate, especially if you're using the hotel catering services.

A year is plenty of time, unless it is a facility that is greatly used, because then it may be booked a few years in advanced

It relies upon on which airline you fly with. funds airways from time to time enable reserving added in boost, yet once you're going to New Zealand i'm assuming you're searching at scheduled airways. maximum of those airways us crucial reservations platforms like Galileo or Amadeus, which in easy words enable reserving 336 days in boost. Whats superb to do is purchase tickets with Qantas or Air NewZealand. you would possibly want to e book a 'dummy' go back date, yet maximum of their more cost-effective tickets are changeable domestically for a fee of round £50. On yet another word, you would discover lots of the tickets on their web pages will be non-changeable, i'd study your close by go back and forth agent, the expenditures would suprise you, and the tickets they purchase are many times a lot more advantageous flexable. desire this enables

I would go ahead and book it ASAP - if you know the date and the place - go ahead and reserve it now - as long as you are certain nothing's going to change. Otherwise, some bride might beat ya to the punch!
