Does she know u? If she knows u, does she like u?
Or maybe she is busy or it isn't even her on IM. Maybe her family members share the computer?

If she isn't responding, you need to delete her from your buddy list. She doesn't want to talk to you.

well, she is either not on when you message her, or, she doesn't want to talk to you. i hope it's not the latter.
