Smoking rules, but not much else. Banning tobacco would be ideal, but government is interested too much in revenue received from tobacco products, so as usual, money is more important than people to Congress.

The government has raised the price of tobacco to a vulgar amount, they've banned smoking nearly everywhere, and they're arresting people who buy several cartons of cigarettes in states where they're less expensive. They've been so busy with this endeavor that the drunk drivers are still killing people every day on our highways and the illegal immigrants are in the fast lane to being issued driver's licenses. GO FIGURE!!!!!!!

No measures at all. If they were worried about it they would have banned cigarettes altogether. They want your tax dollars, and want you to die as fast as possible from smoking so you are not a burden to the system.
