Yes they can if they really mean it and really put their faith into God. God will help these people if they really want it and they really accept God into their lives.

Yes it is. I have stopped practicing the evil that I was doing, not to say that I have "hit the mark" but the evil that I have acknowledged as evil and repented of, yes, I have stopped, but in order for a person to want to stop they must first come to grips that what they are doing is evil. Bottom line if a person wants to be free, freedom is to be had through the power of Christ and his sacrifice for all. Peace

Almost anyone can improve so they make less moral mistakes. But it take a lot of effort, and in most cases one will need the help of others, to encourage or coach them. One has to take small steps, since negative habits die hard. Meditation/prayer, healthy eating, mind-body exercise and controling over indulging, will help make one stronger, and more sensitive spiritually. It is rough for people that lack much positive social support to change. We need to do more to help the abused and the abuser, so as to end the destructive cycle.

It is really difficult to stop, especially if you are in demonic bondage. To really be delivered and out of your system completely, you have to accept Jesus. He is the only one that can set you free from evil.
