Cabinet en anglais c'est armoire (de rangement, de salle de bain).
Les cabinets (plutôt vielli et vulgaire), les WC (soi-disant acronyme de water closet mais inconnu des anglais), ça se dit toilet.

False. in French there is not such word. Cabin in french means beach cabin. but cabinet is not french
