I hate proper events! Especially round here, where you can't tell if it's fireworks or gunshot going off, LOL

So yes, I do have a bonfire in the back garden, but I don't do fireworks (oh, OK, a packet of sparklers. Woo!). However, you'll find me having a bonfire on Boxing Day, Easter and in fact any other event which is either a) special or b) vaguely Pagan. I'm a bit of a secret pyromaniac ;-) Oh, and I only use privet - no toxic sofas burning on my fire!

Its like a war zone round ours tonight. The poor dog is cowering under the table.

The family two doors up have a massive bonfire. At the minute a sofa is burning nicely.

Everytime a firework goes off they all go ooooohhhh or aaaaahhh.

Madness.

I do burn brush piles in my woods when I cut firewood to heat my home. But I live way out in the country so I don't affect the city type liberals to much. We just need to keep those types in the cities.
