135 pounds is great. Don't listen to the other people on here. 135 lbs at 5'4'' is a great weight.

If you want to lose weight, just drink lots of water, take a walk for 20 minutes a day, and do some push ups and sit ups. You can also do a little bit of weight training. I do this, and I lost 23 pounds in 3 months. Contrary to popular belief, this is ahealthy steady weight loss.

135 is ok for a girl. Its definately not considered overweight; it just means you probably have to eat healthier or work out a little more often.But not everyone has to weigh 105 lbs.! Your weight is perfectly normal.

Yes, it is a healthy weight for someone who is at least a little active and eats three meals per day like they are supposed to. I am 5' 3" and I weigh about 130 pounds and I'm not very active at all. It also depends on body type. Personally, I don't think I'm fat, and I think I look okay. So don't worry about it. If you want to lose weight, I'd just suggest making little changes and getting slightly more active. No need to go on a full-out never-eat-anything-GOOD diet. I'd just skip the candy bar at lunch, drink 2% instead of whole milk, wheat bread instead of white. You know, small changes like that. OF course, it's your call. I don't know you, but I strongly believe that 135 lbs is a FINE weight for someone who is 5'4".

PS: Muscle weighs three times as much as fat, so if you're really active it could be the muscle weight. I have really strong legs and I think that contributes to my weight. It also depends on body type you know.

Yep, listen to the people with common sense. Your weight is fine. Of course it really depends on your level of body fat, but I'm sure that's okay too unless you are light framed or very untoned.

ur body mass index is about 22 that very normal, normal range is 18.5-25 so u are in the middle of the range, congratulations

That is the normal weight for a guy. But if you are a girl then I think that's a little bit more then should be.
