Because with all of that, it's hard to believe that the person is alive.

Seriously though - Social Security Administration seems to be on auto-pilot when it comes to processing applications for disability. I live with a disabled person, who has been unable to work since 2000. He applied - they denied 3 months later. He appealed - they denied 6 months later. He then found out about making a second appeal and reqeusting that an Administrative Law Judge review the case and make a determination. It's also the last thing you can do if I understand correctly.

If that person has applied for and been denied disability, appeal it - I think you have 60 days to file for an appeal. If they deny it again, Make a second appeal with a request to have the judge review the case.

Good luck - I hope they can get it.

I've wanted to have a meaningful and deep conversation with my beginning mother. I will likely be forty four this June and although i've perpetually recognized my organic mom, i've certainly not been instructed who my biological father is. I to find that strange that she will likely be open about giving me up for adoption however clams up after I ask about who the father is. I'd now not decide her on who it is. I've been by way of a lot in life including some nasty addictions and a drug habit. I have rid myself of these things for a very long time now (in view that 1997) however have had on and off success with sobriety as I flip to Vodka in many instances. I had a relapse last August that lasted until about Christmas but had been sober once more considering. So, something that my organic mother would tell me about who the daddy is, or even though she does not comprehend who the father is, would no longer simplest be excellent by me, but i'd realise her, more than I consider she offers me credit score for. So as soon as again, the lengthy reply is ask my biological mom who my biological father is. Peace:)

Either being a minor and/or no prior work history are the only reasons I could think of which might apply, if anything.

Sounds like that is disabled. But it is an awful lot. I hope you are not an hypochondriac.
