ladies how does a shy man like myself approach you women and how can bad talking skills ruin it?

#1 - you need to be confident.
If you go up to them and act very timid and shy, you totally blow your first impression. You need to act confident in yourself and DO NOT act desperate to get a woman. Never let them know that you are interested in them romantically - AT FIRST. Always just act like your just there to meet people, make friends, chit chat.
Those are the #2 most important things. ACT CONFIDENT. DONT ACT DESPERATE.

"How to meet any woman without rejection: the art of approaching". Look it up on Amazon and read it. Its great!

It teaches you all the right ways to approach women & make them feel comfortable with you.

just relax. do not say anything foul or disgusting. act like yourself and be kind. i know its hard to relax sometimes just pretend like you talking to someone that you have known forever. ask her questions find out what her interests are take her out to a nice dinner or play or take her to do something that she enjoys doing. keep good eye contact dont pause a lot while talking to her. practicing talking in the mirror may help your vocal skills better. above all relax have fun shes not going to bite you
